Natalia Aksamentov, O.D.

Dr. Natalia Aksamentov grew up in Houston, TX in a Russian-American household and speaks Russian fluently. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and earned her Doctorate of Optometry from the University Of Houston College Of Optometry.

Dr. Aksamentov is experienced in the medical management of a variety of ocular conditions including dry eye disease, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration. Dr. Aksamentov strives to thoroughly educate her patients on their eye health for a better understanding of what and why we recommend certain treatments so that the patient is part of the treatment discussion.

In her free time, Dr. Aksamentov enjoys practicing yoga, trying new restaurants, traveling, spending time with family and dancing with a Russian folk dancing group, Uzori.
